Problems with Ubuntu Unity

So, I'm starting this thread so that people can start listing the problems they are having with Ubuntu's new user interface, Unity. Once I have enough collected up, I'm sending the list to Cannonical to let them know what's going on, so maybe we can get them fixed and this might not ruin Ubuntu.
Anyone who is interested in the health and wellbeing of the operating system, please leave any issues you have here, and let us know what things you think should be improved. -
My first problem is that the way Ubuntu Unity sets up the menus in the corner actually prevents Lotus Symphony from being able to use most of its menu structure, as it has its own tab system, and you can't use the menus on the main window, only the internal tabs.

There are also some bugs with very standard Linux programs that really need to be fixed. If you are using Vuze as a torrent downloader, if you close out Vuze, it doesn't close out the program, but you can't bring it back up using the Unity bar.
